At Modani Furniture, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every modern piece you select for your home. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process for items in original condition within 7 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team or visit your local Modani showroom within 7 days of receiving your furniture to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Item
Ensure all furniture is disassembled and placed back into its original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware, instructions, and protective materials.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
Arrange for a professional carrier to return the item to our distribution center; please note that return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item and confirms it is in new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable fees.
